I'm sending my PS3 to PSR tommorrow and before I do that I need to know how good they are. I need a reply ASAP.

I'm also looking to send in my PS3 to PSR. I'm curious what you said the site looks shady? How so? What would a better website look like (give me a game console website that looks good in your opinion). That would be very helpful!!
