I Love Patapon, but am still stuck on the desert level, which has been ongoing for about 4 weeks now. Please can someone tell me exactally what i need to do to complete this level because i WANT TO PLAY THE GAME MORE!!! PLEASE help! Thanks
Do you mean the desert where you burn up? Do you have the Don drum? Once you have the drum, start marching as usual and get into Fever when you reach the sign. Once in Fever, press X-XX-XX (listen to their song to learn the exact beat--it's like full beat-two half beats-two half beats.) If everything goes well, you will be taken into a mini-game. You might have to repeat the "miracle" as you progress through the desert. If this is not the information you need, or if you have more specific questions, I will try to help.
You need the Don drum (X) and the Rain Juju. Once you select the Desert Crossing level from the obelisk, set the Rain Juju to the empty space underneath your hatapon while you're equipping your army. Then deploy! Once you're in the level, a cut scene should teach you how to use it.
Agree, but if you don't have the don drum yet, get it from patata plain and you will see a totem there as you walk. Just drum chaka pon chaka pon (/\ 0 /\ 0) if im not mistaken then wait for the totem to pop all the way up and get your don drum.

No that was the Bent Compass(which I think you have to get it first before getting to the second boss). You get the Don Drum during the second boss level.

Wow thanks for everyones replies, the problem I'm having is I'll do the march and it's in place because they dont move anywhere, i get into fever mode, and then i start the rain miracle by pressing X X XX XX or how ever it goes, and bam my fever goes away! I even follow it to the best i can, what am i doing wrong? And after you get it to work i saw a video where these blurps come up where you have to play more and more notes, that looks very complicated, that will be my next problem i bet... ah i want to progress!
