It's called a userbar. You can google it and you'll have a couple of sites where you can download userbars. Or you can simply create your own with that site --->http://userbarmaker.com/
When you have your userbar, downloaded or self-made, you click on "prefs" in your Gamepost profile, then "forums", then you paste the address of the image between in the "my signature" box. And bingo! You can PM me if you need further help!
