Personal pictures as avatars

its easy, take the memory card from a camera and insert it into ur sd slot and uplaod the pic, then change the avatar to the pic.

heres a step by step:

• insert sd memory card or connect camera via usb
• upload desired images
• go to your user name
• press triangle
• select information
• select your avatar
• and select "slect from [photo]
• and finaly select the photo you would like to use

note: firmware update 1.50 or 1.51 is needed

Yeah this option doesn't change your PSN avatar, it changes your System User photo.

What the hell, Resistence is the Best PS3 game now and when i add friends thry dont apear on my R:FoM buddy list....and vice versa... :(KaptainKernal

Because Insomniac didn't get the full Online kit, they had to make their buddy list seperate from the PS3's XMB friend's list this is the only game that did that though so no need to worry about it.

o ya i thought u were talking about system avatar, i want to change my psn avatar too.

If im correct ign said there will be a 1.52 update that will let you do that and also put a different noise when you turn on ps3 and turn off. I will find the link.trophylocoste

Sry don't think im lying just can't find it or maybe mistaken. But on ign they said there was a update 1.52 that even increased ps2 graphics and they compared it with ff12. They showed it how it will look without the update and how it wil look with the update.trophylocoste
