My favorite part.
"The closeness of the 360-warranty extension and Moore's departure has raised some eyebrows, given his prior steadfast dismissals and evasions of any 360 hardware issues. Even more ironic will be the fact that Moore's new gig will have him help hype games on the 360's archrivals--the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii."

I'm actually glad this stuff comes in beacuse I hate venturing off into other forums to find news. I know it's a news item but I'm too busy posting here to head to the Home page.
you should get an RSS feed on your web browser toolbar so you can find your news really quickly. i have RSS feeds for kotaku, gamespot, ign, 1up, and gametrailers... and i never miss a bit of news without having to actually check the pages. :)

with a former EA president now switching to take Peter Moore's Microsoft position... i would be worried too. :P
but seriously... this really changes little. all i feel that is going to happen is that the PR for MS is now going to suck a little more.

Sorta like how your Ken Kutaragi the creator of the Playstation brand resigned a few months ago. Man you Sony fanboys seem to forget things when you spend so much time drooling over your own "fill in dirty word". :D Then when all things were looking bright with the PS3 price cut, we get news that they are canceling the thing that recently made their console desirable to a broader audience inorder to put them back in the same position that sorta screwed them in the beginning. So if you think about it the playing field is even and all we have to wait for is someone at Nintendo to bite the dust ;)

First of all he's not my dude
Secondly I'm no fanboy to anyone I actually want a PS3 and own a 360 and love em both.
Third I hate people who put out stupidity and act like its logical (i.e. Sony Rules Xbox Sux and vise versa) aka Fanboys like you ;)

fanboy??? far from it pal. i make a vaild point about Moore and EA this could swing both ways bad or good and effects us all.like i said before time will only tell[QUOTE="c0mplex"][QUOTE="archpro"]OH CRAP! Peter More is going to F up EA games for PS3!!!archpro
oh noes... a bad Madden game. i think EA Sports does fine by themselves when it comes to ruining their games.
That's true.
lmfao good one.
but as president of EA, Peter has one goal. Make the most money, so if he totally screws up games on the PS3 then he won't get the money he wants. Anyways, the president doesn't have a say on how games are designed in the studios, he only gives them a nod if they are ok or not.
HAHAHA just found this ... Sony is looking forward to work with Peter :P Now he has to sweet talk about sony, oh I love this.

I didn't mean to quote it like that. Also if the 360 busts up then I'll just sell it and go back to spending 100% of all my gaming time on the PC once more :D
I didn't know the new Killzone 2 trailer would've lead to this! :DAgentH
lmao!, what makes it so compelling is that, Jack Tretton said he cant wait to work with peter. lol...wonder what bill gates is thinking of right now.
Wow, it really does raise eyebrows. He probably watched the Sony Conference and just died inside for being with MS.solidscryer
Ummm Sony conference at E3 wasn't that impressive....sorry to break the news to you.

Well if you think about it, EA is pretty much the next Microsoft. So nothing really has changed, only thing is they aren't making the hardware.Denjiand lets hope EA never stars making Hardwear!

It wasn't delivered greatly IMO, but Sony showing their exclusives made me laugh at what MS had.
