Wrong, the GPU in the 360 is superior that that of the PS3. The 360's GPU utilizes next gen tech like unified shader architecure. The PS3 GPU is pretty strong but it is crippled by the utilization of last gen tech like non unified shader architecture. While no console GPU is DX10 compatible, so to speak, the closest to that standard would be the 360's GPU. It is also unfortunate that the PS3 GPU is not as powerful and capable as the 360's it can only run Madden, All Pro and NCAA football at 30fps where the 360 will run it at 60fps. http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3160709

Lastly do not forget either that it might be faster to swap out disks in the 360 drive vs. waiting for that painfully slow bd-drive to read the game disk at the 9x speed it reads.
