Picking up a 40 gb PS3 tommorrow!!

Hey what games do you think I should get? I can only get one or two probably. The sad thing is I have to wait till xmas to play it. That's 6-7 week. :(silver_986

Congrats, bro! I have a 360, a PS3, a Wii and a highend PC...thoughI usually go where the games are, the PS3 is my current favorite system. You'll love it. As for games that are out right now (November 1st), here are my suggestions:

Heavenly Sword - Though the critics took away points from this game because it was short, the graphics and presentation of this game are absolutely beautiful. If you really want to play a game that will sometimes make you go "whoa.." in awe, I'd recommend it.

Ratchet and Clank - Same withHeavenly Sword....amazing presentation and very worthy of showing off the PS3's capabilities.

Resistance: Fall of Man - Just an incredibleshooter.

Motorsport - If you are intoracing games, this one is very cool.I don't even like racing games all that much, and I enjoy this one.

Why do you have to wait? Get Ratchet and Clank and Warhawk or Resistance.

lol, I didn't buy any games yet sadly. I'm going to buy Warhawk for it, and pick up some others later this month. Waiting till Sat to hook it up, having my friends coming over and were hooking up that, an HD projector, 7.1 system and some other stuff, should be crazy.

It's supposed to just have a matte finish.

wait. so places are selling them before the nov. 11th date? It comes with the spiderman 3 bluray right? Also, would buying this still qualify you for the 5 free blurays?

wow you're in a worse position than me, I'm so anxious to get my ps3 but i have to wait until the 15th!! It's such a piss off I can just get the 40 gb on the 8th but I'd rather more hdd and a game to start with, as well as the usbs so i guess I'm waiting another week on top of this week!!! holy this is such a piss off
