pickup stuff in oblivion?

okay so im watching some oblivion vids and they're for the PC version but i see ppl pick stuff up and throw it without telekenissis....is it possible in the PS3 version?

yes..

plus you can get magic spells that do it from further distances:)

the reason why it looks like pk is because they dont show your hands other than when attacking.even though it would be cool to see your mits when  doing other things also.

No, you can really do it!

Stand close to the object you want to pick up, hold L2.

L2 is the grab button. But because you don't extend your arms out and grab it, it looks like a telekinetic effect. It's really only useful to position objects. e.g. the bucket in the same room as Umbra if you're thinking of jumping to the column and hacking her to pieces with a Claymore instead of fighting her honestly :P
