Planning on buying a PS3 need help@1

So I'm planning on getting a PS3, but I don't really know a whole lot about it so I have a few questions.

Does the PS3 come with component cables?

If not, then are there component cables that I can go purchase separately?

no it doesnt come with componet cables.

Lol. Short and sweet, thanks. Also, if I'm playing on a 21inch HDTV (I use it as my computer monitor too) that doesn't have an HDMI output but supports component cables, will I still be able to get a good picture (720p)?

To answer your question no component cables are included. Sony sells some for 20 bucks. If your TV supports HDMI go with it.

For your second question: Yes you'll still get a good picture from component especially on a 720p set.
