Wouldnt it be cool to play your own music you have ripped to the PS3, but during the games? An option like this that played your own tracks during GT5 or GTA4 (to fit in with radio speak), would be awesome. I cant see it being that hard, and it would be so damn cool!
2 years too late it would seem. It would save EA and other companies paying a hell of a lot of money for licenses for music you hate and dont want to listen to constantly every single time you are in their badly designed and confusingmenus.
I generally hate soundtracks created for sports games. The music just isn't good, and it isn't what people want to here. I thought that Xbox, being the first system you could put your own music on, would take advantage of this. How wrong I was...

what? dude, the ps3 has only been out for a little longer than a year.
So many people just push this issue aside and say "isn't it just as easy to just listen to music on computer, ipod, etc while playing". But, if you have a surround sound system and your ps3 runs through it, it sucks to have to listen to your own music on another inferior source....this is an easy fix, it would seem, for Sony to add.

its good news that sony are bringing out games with custom soundtracks, sure some jackass will play crap chav music to the end of MGS4 but just imagine heavy metal blaring through your surround sound whilst playing resi 5 it would be amazing and it would seem microsoft got there first...the bastards
