Playing INFAMOUS for the first time, should i be GOO or EVIL?

What are the different pros and cons of the choice between good and evil? Differece in the story line?

Im good so far but i want to have that badass red lighting

go for whatevr you feel like...i have been good in every other game i have played so i felt like trying to be evil...also when you are evil your attacks got that sexy red glow;)

But seriously, I'm playing it for the first time as well and am going with the good path. It's an awesome game.

Lol:lol:. But anyways, yes, I'd go with good first. Why you ask? Well, your gonna want to play inFamous more than once, and I found that since it's funner to play as evil, it's best to start off as good on your time through. That way you can make your second play through more enjoyable. It worked for me. But don't misunderstand me, it's still extremely satisfying and fun to play as good.

Yes, Goo always wins.

Seriously though the story was pretty much meant to be played as good, so do that first.

I played as goo first, and when the 2nd is made i will finish it on evil to get the platinum

I haven't played it yet, I'd play it being goo first though.

Good on normal first. With the good ending, you're rewarded with a nice comicbook cutscene.

With the evil ending, i think it's just an in-game cutscene.

I was evil. I think evil is more powerful, plus you can just go around destroying things :P

Good first on medium and then Evil on hard.

Or just do both on hard like me :D

i've been bad the first time and i regret it because i felt that i'm just being a jerk. and that honestly affected my judgement on the game.so, i advise that u play it good the first time.

my first experience on infamous was Hard , Evil.

evil had more sinister weapons and massive area damage for brutal execution

while good had a more concentrated attack ( to avoid damaging the area around)

i dont have the game yet, but im sure ill be goo first then mess about being bad in my second playthrough :twisted:

That is exactly how you should play when you are playing a character that does have a choice between good and evil. :P

Be evil and just blow ish up.

play as an evil person.

This was my 1st plat. i recomend evil on normal and then good on hard. got the plat in no time.... trust me it's like a cake walk on hard with the good side.
