playing with yourself?

what do you guys think makes you really focus on games? i actually have more fun and i dont get mad at all when io play video games by myself . do yall tlike to play with yourselves or with others?

Personally I much prefer a really good single player game over a multiplayer game if that's what you're asking...

ya or single player with two people taking turns, i do tend to lose focus if im buy myself but someelse keeps me playing till we feel like changing and if you got some tobacco alternative......awesome....

Multiplayer can make me mad just because there are some pretty cheap deaths that way, but single player can also get extremely annoying i.e. Killzone 2 Elite mode. It just depends on what I'm in the mood for I guess.

I think everyone here likes to play with themself at one point or another.

Pretty much most of the last two generations were comprised of nothing but self satisfaction, but we finally became fed up with it and wanted more.

Now we play with others, multiple partners even. We can play with each other as much as we want because it's practically free.

Playing with yourself may not be as popular as playing with others is now, but you can always rest assured that after playing with others and not having your expectations met, you can always come back to that special someone for satisfaction: you.

I personally like to play with myself, because I know what I want and there's always an emotional attachment that I just can't get when I play with other people.

Playing with yourselfcomes first. Playing with others comes second. If you're good at the first your playmates will appreciateyou better in the second. Sometimes it doesn't matter which comes first, so long as you play often.

I almost always complete a game's single player campaign before even checking out the online play. But good online play tends to renew my enthusiasm when I bore with playing alone.

Misleading title.. anyways I enjoy playing with or against others.

I don't mind playing with others every now and then but I have more fun playing games by myself.

depends on the game really.

if its something like Kingdom Hearts or Devil May Cry(games that are single player or have deep stories), i like to play all by my lonesome but if its something like CoD4, it so much more fun having friends around to shoot at and blow up.

then there are games like mgs4 where i like the story, but love playing people online as well. im pretty evened out i guess

i'm more into single player games myself, but most everyone i know enjoys online play better. to each their own.

I play with yourself, I like single player missions but sometimes they tend to get annoying like bike missions of gta4. I play multiplayer but I prefer to be casual in the online area rather than hardcore because there are alot of cheap tricks out there. Learned it when I took seriously Warcraft 3.

I enjoy playing with myself but it is definitly more fun playing with others.

playing with girls i have to say does make the game more interestin, nice change of pace form being with guys or vice versa senoritas playin with all your guy friends and you finally get to play with another girl? ya its always fun

but yea,i simply cant play games with strong single player with others,we say jokes,etc.

even with another person just there,it takes away from me being"in the game"

I consider Single player and online multi-player to be still playing by yourself unless you actually know the other people. But I prefer gaming with other people even if its just a single-player game. Recently I was playing Uncharted beta and then my sister just sits down on the couch watching. She gets a laugh out of reading other people's usernames. Now I just hand her the mic when I'm online and she has no-problem trash-talking and making fun of everyone there. I guess the bad news is now everyone probably thinks I'm jerk.

i like to be there with another person playing together then both sharing one incredible momment that last a mere few seconds, then the credits roll in and then we look at each other ashamed at what we did and what else we could have been playing

I like to play by myself. There's no one else to annoy me or frustrate me when it's just myself playing. I prefer RPGs anyway, so that's why I like single player games.

It all depends on the game, games with an in depth singl player (Bioshock, Prototype, Infamous, GTA 4,ect.) I will play by myself. Games with less of a single player (COD, Little Big Planet, Smash Bro's, ect.) I will play with friends. I do prefer playing with people because what is the point of shooting someone in the face if you can't talk Sh!% with them.
