Gamestop buys them so maybe they would also sell them. I sold mine to a friend of my brothers.

I get the impression that the 20GBs go for more because they're so rare.

There is that plus they are fully backward compatible with PS2 games. As hex said, we swap out the hard drive (put a 120 GB in mine long ago).

I can't even believe the PS3 use to have a 20GB..boy the way times have changed. It's nice that the standard one now comes with 120GB.

Yeah true, but the 20gbs don't have built in wi-fi. That's a negative for me.

Seriously. I'm seriously considering selling my 60 gig to buy a slim... or at the very least replace the hd with a much larger one, although I'm not sure if I wanna go that route. 20 gigs are just not a great idea with all the great games available now.

I would say upgrade it to a 500gb it would do it justice, that what i did with my 60gb.

Same here. I upgraded my 20GB HDD for a 500GB Fujitsu HDD. Works like a dream, WiFi it's not a problem for me. :D

Considering the PS3 was going into the same room my router was I figured make sure of a steady connection and use ethernet. I'm not totally trusting of the wi-fi at times.

Why would you want the 20GB PS3? The 60GB and early 80GB PS3s had PS2 BC as well.

a simple hdd swap solves the 20 gb issue..i went with a 320 gb. They are also the sleekest, best looking console. All black, with chrome lettering.

WOW I completely forgot about the 20 GB PS3's! I want one now, it would be a great collectors item! SO RARE! however they never came out here in Australia. I cant believe I was able to afford a $1000 PS3 even though I was only 16... I guess I was so determined.
