I heard the cards are region free, so then I could get Crash Team Racing from my European account (I'm in the US).

They are supposed to be out by now. Some people have claimed to see them in random stores. But I have a hard time believing it, since I've never seen one anywhere, in stores or online, and the simple fact that people keep asking about it on the PS3 forum leads me to believe that they don't exist in the US...yet.ItsEvolution
