Playstation Network Pre-Paid Cards

I just wanted to know did those playstation Network Pre-paid Cards Release YET!? since i am living in a country where i can't use the credit card so i really need that card to buy PAIN!!!!!! and other games :(IIHitandRunII

It's not released. There is no release date. If anything, it is in the beta stage.

You will know when it releases, just not yet. Maybe E3 08 which is coming up in the following weeks will reveal something.

They've arrived in Japan 6 months ago (at least) and you can buy them in electronic stores and convenience stores: link

Note that a network update that enables features is more-or-less universal. So, if they need to go up to version X.X to enable something for one country, that update (and that option in the XMB) is visible to all countries. And, if you know anything about Japan, the society as a whole is not very credit card friendly...many restaurants do not accept credits cards. Of all the places that would start getting prepaid cards, Japan would be at the top of my list for this reason...

So, Sony has known how to generate and use PSN prepaid cards for at least 6 months. So, technology is not the problem.
