Let's say I subscribe to plus for 1 month. will I be able to play the free games again after I re subscribe?

I believe so, I've read posts where people who let their subscription lapse were able to play those games again by paying for more PS+.

Yes but heard some people having issues where they have to re-download the games but they got them all working so shouldn't be too much hassle.
