Okay I just made a new account set aside from my old one but anyway. I want the GOW demo but need to know if I need a credit card or anything to sign up with the Playstation Store. If like anyone could tell me I would appreciate it.

No you don't need a credit card to sign up. To buy things from the store, then yes you'll need a credit card. But the demo should be free anyway.
