Playstation Store Is Down For Maintenance?

When I try to get on the Playstation Store, it gives me a message saying that it is down for maintenance.

Is this the April store revamp that they are doing?

It's kinda annoying cause I was just gonna buy a Guitar Hero III add-on.

Plus, when I go on GH3 now, it says I am not signed onto PSN even though I am and it won't let me play online. I think it's something to do with the store being down.

It's not down until mid-april. They do have to shut down the servers every so often for maintenance, this is just the normally scheduled time for it. If it isn't back up yet it should be within a couple of hours.

The store is getting a major upgrade in mid-April (which we will get via a firmware update) and there will not be any new items in the store for the next couple of weeks- we will still be able to get to it for stuff that is currently available.
