playstation store not available in england!!!!!

hey my playstation store isnt working,

every time i try to go onto playstation store on the ps3 it comes up "this service is not available in your country/region" i wouldnt mind if i lived in the ocean or somthing but i live in england, kent.

Can anybody please help me or atleast tell me im not the only person thank you
