I'm getting pretty pissed off here. I have tried my two credit cards, and my wife's card. I have my bank statement with the address matching exactly what I am putting in. I have tried this about 15 times now and am locked out for the second day. I was on the phone with my bank and everything is accurate.
I called sony support, spoke to a rep and he tried to help, but today for some reason i didnt even get my full 10 tries, after 5 it locked me out. I then asked for a supervisor and he said there is nothing that can be done. I told him i never would have bought the system if i knew i could not download content. He understood but still said there was nothing they could do.
He then told me in the next 6 months they *might* have prepaid cards, so basically for 6 months i am without PSN store content. I cannot even use the system to its fullest. This is the worst crap I have ever heard. Does anyone know if there is a way to go even over the supervisor's head and get someone to force this through?
