The other big question is will it work with non-Pal PS3s or will there be one for NA.

UPDATE Kotaku has confirmed that the service is unlikely to come to America. "The problem with the DVR is that the U.S. doesn't have terrestrial digital television yet, so while some cities like San Diego have it not nearly support in the U.S. to make it worth the effort for Sony. When that changes, and it will, Sony will be on the ball, Harrison said." http://www.ps3fanboy.com/2007/08/22/playtv-brings-hd-dvr-features-to-european-ps3-systems/

wait just to get this clear..

With this I can Receive Telivision channels through a satalite or internet or something ?
Is this a addon I would need to buy or is it just a download ?
And how does it work ?

Sorry Don't know anything about tv tuners and all that and since I have no tv in my room because I would need to buy a 200+ satalite receiver and all that I've never done it so this sounds like a good opertunity for me.
