Please help me out with region locking

Hey, so I bought Bloodborne from Dubai (CD) but I live in America with an NA account. Now, I want to play The Old Hunters with my savefile on my NA account. Is there ANY WAY I can do this? Please help :(

I don't think so..? But I'm not 100% sure, I had a lot of experience with games in different regions on PS3 but I have very little experience with them on PS4.

You might be able to do it buy downloading the digital version of The Old Hunters from a Dubai account and the switching your account over when you play. Just make sure both accounts treat the PS4 they are on as their primary system to reduce the number of compatibility headaches.
