PLEASE HELP>>>>HOW TO RANK UP IN WARHAWK (IMPOSSIBLE)???

my friend has been playing for about 3 hours and has barely any wins (very little) not many points and not many ribbons or awards. on the other hand i have more than 70% wins more points and ribbons and medals gallor. we both play ranked (BLUE) servers. basically on the stats im like 100 times better (i have way more acheivments)but he has a higher rank than me. i dont understand how or y this is possible

its not always tracking stats even if your on a rank server (I've lost about 2 dozen ribbions and 8-9 badges so far). They said the problem is due to bringing the US and Europe online is causing some glitches but it should be fixed pretty soon.
