What are some popular games that you've never gotten round to playing or just have no interest in?

Also are you planning on getting said games?

Games that get praise that I have never gotten to:

The R&C franchise

Bioshock (I own the 1st and have still never played it)

AC2 (beat the 1st but didnt like it, heard the newer installments are better)

SotC & Ico

The FF series (7 was the only one I played)

The RE franchise (I only played the original and a lil of part 4)

Silent Hill (Only played the original and a lil of the 2nd)

Fallout

Resistance

Demons Souls

Heavy Rain (Been waiting on a price drop..forever)

Wow, after typing that it looks like I dont game much. Yet I have over 40 PS3 games lol. What about you GS collective? What games have slipped through the cracks with you?

MGS. I just have no interest in the series, I might be missing out, but oh well.

I really liked Metal Gear Solid 2 on the ps2, but started Snake Eater (ps2), and Metal Gear Solid 4 (ps3) and just could not get into them.

yea, its hard to get into if youve never played any of them and arent up on the 20 year deep storyline. they are truly good games though, and get the praise justifiably.

I still haven't got around to buying

• God of War collection (I played the original God of War on the PS2 though)

I'll definitely get around to them some day, I'm sure they're all great, but there are just so many games, and so little time... :D

Haven't gotten round to:

- Red Dead Redemption

- GTA 4-

- Demons Souls- was so hyped about the Europe release then it just kinda slipped by, and I still really want it!

- Uncharted 1- loved Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 1 was actuallly one of the first games I got recommended to get when I got ma ps3....still ain't got it

- Dragon Age Origins- love pretty much all RPG's and am still mental about Oblivion, but I somehow don't have this

- Left 4 Dead 1/2 - well I know this isn't ps3 but I used to play it round my mates all the time on PC and loved it, hopefully will get one of them when they are under £10 on steam :D

- Final Fantasy- never played a single FF game ever, not even set eyes on one before, in all honesty the Anime style put me off big-time

- Assassins Creed Brotherhood- well I spose it hasn't been out long but the others I got pretty much on release day. Loved AC1 in terms of story and AC2 in terms of the new gameplay features but Ezio never really got me too hyped up for more, in all honesty I hoped we'd see Altair again or at least move onto someone different. Might get it for before the year is out but if not it could be a while.

Metal Gear Solid Series

God of War series (Going to buy the HD Collections soon)

Fallout series (Should of got Fallout 3 yesterday but I'm too young)

Call of Duty series

Any game which is a JRPG or includes anime, they don't interest me, so I never bother with them.

Gran Turismo 5 and COD Black Ops are also games I don't have an interest in.

Some of these lists are so long it makes me wonder what you guys play.

When I'm not interested on a game on release date, chances are I'm not gonna like it. I didn't care about Fallout 3, but I got the GOTY edition to see if can like, it was a waste of money, couldn't play for more than an hour, same thing happened with GTA IV and Bioshock, with Bioshock was even worse cause I got Bioshock 1 and 2 at the same time:cry:.

I pretty much get around to playing every game I ever want to play, eventually. With the exception of fighting, racing, and sports games that I don't care for much, I'm pretty "up-to-date".

Some just take longer to get around to than others due to prices *cough* Heavy Rain *cough*

Hm, I've played just about everything everyone has said so far. . either on the 360 or the ps3. Only thing I can think of off hand is Bioshock 2 and Red Dead. I want to play them but I have sooo many other games I just don't have the money :(

I never played silent hill 2 ( :( ), and I have no interest of playing Black Ops :P.

I have zero interest playing any first person shooter game or Gran Turismo 5. But I'll always give third person shooters a go and racing games like NFS: Hot Pursuit, Blur and Burnout.
