Aside from the fact that it stupid repetitive the damn game keeps freezing on me & I have to keep reduing repetitive missions. I hate it but my OCD won't let me quit, I have to finish what I start. I just thought I'd vent.
Hopefully you updated your console 3 days ago when the new update for AC came out to prevent it from freezing. I haven't had any problems with my game freezing yet.
Do you get the "Matrix freeze"? I get that once every few hours. Really sucks since even though you can press the PS button and select quit game, it hangs after that and still requires a system restart. I like the game, but that's an annoyance.
Good to see that getting a game released in November is more important than actually testing it to get rid of these bugs..I still havn't decided if this game is worth it. I'll wait to see the specs for the PC ver. before I pick it up

Yeah I get that freeze & the freeze when the music still plays & people still talk but Altirir is just stuck in place. Then when I press the PS button to quit game my whole ps3 re-starts. Only with this game too?
I still got mine shrink wrapped. I'm waiting till I finsh Ratchet & Clank and COD4 to start Assassin's Creed. (Maybe even after Uncharted, who knows when I'll open the d@mn thing)
Ive had it freeze up maybe 3 times in then 15+ hours I have played this game, and really I understand the issue with the repititious game play but its not that bad....
I just got AC recently and I really love it actually, but I do see where you're coming from. The game seems like its a real acquired taste. Ive put hours in just exploring the world without the HUD and the story missions are just icing on the cake, but I can totally see how that could be boring and repetitive to others.
