Do you think that sometime in the future there will be Classic PS2 games to download from the PS Store? If so, I wonder how much they would be and how big. I think this would be a really cool idea.

I don't see why not. They'd probably be between $10-20 since that's about what the greatest hits games go for.

I think it'd be really cool cuz there are tons of games I'd like to have right on my PS3 HDD instead of going out and buying them. The only downside is that I think the games would most likely be exceptionally large. Maybe a gig. But, at least you can always upgrade your HDD.

Some of the newer releases might even be over a gig, like if they were to put GTA: San Andreas on there

They could easily put most of the launch lineup on there. SFEX3, Fantavision, and even the later released ICO, were all on CD. There is some small DVD based games which would be cool to see on the PS3 as well.

I could easily see it in the future with HDDs getting larger and larger, how wicked would it be to have GoW1, and 2 on your PS3 harddrive to play whenever with out the disc.

agreed. another thing is that they probably would polish the games to fit 1080p or something which would make same even bigger i guess.

why not they did with tekken which is a ps 2 game in hd form. i think they can compress the ps 2 game more to make a smaller size game.
