Possible to get trophy from going to mission selectsV(BO Veteran)

Hey guys, I didn't completely start a new game on veteran. I started from Nova 6 because I wanted to get the light foot trophy and from there on, I had gotten most of the trophies. Is it possible to get the Black Ops Master trophy from just going to the mission selections? I need to get the other silver campaign trophies as well.

Even I beat all of the missions from mission selects? Because the previous COD games, trophies were unlockable

Nevermind I couldn't do that in World at War on another platform so I doubt it'll work on ps3.
