what model and size is that TV? i was thinking of getting the LG 32LC2D 32" LCD TV, but went with the Westinghouse LTV-32W1 instead because of the price and being a better PC monitor.

i have an LTV-32W1, the one listed on the bestbuy US site is the LTV-32W6. BB canada doesn't sell the LTV-32W6 yet =[. oh well, the LTV-32W1 is still great. it seems to have similar specs to the W6 model, but the W6 probably has a few minor tweaks and more connections. you also got an amazing price... i paid 799cdn for mine (about 680US).

the LG only supports 1024x768 in 4:3 mode for the VGA port. that was a big minus for me. the westinghouse supports 1360x768 over DVI and VGA. plus the price was $200 more than the westinghouse. and i agree with Imallvol7, westinghouse is highly spoken of over at avsforum and their TV's generally get great reviews. they are also very affordable and price was an issue for me as i just bought a ps3. i also have a CRT RP 46" HDTV, but i found that games looked way too soft. i brought my ps3 to my bros house (who has the same westy i have) and tried it out; i was amazed how much better it looked than it did on my HDTV, so i had to buy the same TV =].

they have good customer service too. My parents are getting one for there room and my sister is getting one for her dorm. The sd picture is nice on it as well. Using it as a computer monitor is a big plus (looks great).

only problem with some Westy's is the HDMI handshaking with the PS3

do you know which model you have Imallvol7? bestbuy US only has the LTV-32W6 model. i have the older LTV-32W1 (the only model BB Canada carries). the specs you posted are similar to the LTV-32W1, except mine has higher brightness, but fewer connections (and probably slightly less features). sorry to get off topic.

mine is the W3213. After i got mine on black friday, i never saw them again. It was crazy because the 32" westinghouses they carry now have worse specs. I pretty much stole mine at 479$ Did you see my tv's specs above?

Debate would be the right word. Don't worry though, I should have good things to say about the PS3 in a few months. Hopefully I will forget how negative my first few months were lol. I'm not even aware that I debate with the same people constantly lol. I need to pay more attention.

It's a westinghouse, 17" display. Westinghouse makes good monitors, the color on it is actually fantastic.
