i preordered ACIII and NFSMW over psn thinking i would be able to preload them before release date.as ps store updates once a week i thought maybe we'll be allowed to download them this week and play them once the store updates next week. i cant see any option to download so do i have to wait till the 30th to download the complete or am i missing something ? ACIII will be 12-15 GB and it gonna take around 6 Hours for me so if i cant preload it then i'll have to wait alot
Not positive but I assume you have to wait. No offense but I really don't see the point in buying a game digitally, especially when it's such a big size.

point: you get two games for price of one , i can download a coop game on both of my ps3's and play locally without having to buy multiple physical copies :)
I preordered Doom 3 and I had to go to the store to download it the day it was released. Then about a hour later I got a message from the PSN store saying my preorder was ready to download. So from my experience with it you are just paying for it before it comes out and you have to download it yourself.
Some of the bigger titles might automatically download if released at midnight and you have PS Plus. The other games in the program will have to be downloaded manually and after the normal PSN store update. There is no pre-loading for any of them. That is what I read on the PS Blog anyways.
