From what i understood the MGO beta was a 'nationwide' thing, that being said by an American i can only guess the nation he was talking about is that of the USA. For us in Europe we can still wait, because other the the special edition it looks like we wont be getting anything.

Well konami said there may be other ways of getting the beta without doing the preorder so by some magic people in Europe might get into it. I really dont think we'll get the same offer as the US though.
