Pre-Paid Visa Debit Cards Not Supported Anymore

So I have been having an issue for the past 2 weeks inputing one of those visa prepaid debit gift cards. They always use to work. Now when I put them in they dont work at all. I called up Sony and asked what I could be doing wrong. The rep said they were thinking of not letting people use those cards anymore because of limit issues and a 1 dollar hold issue. He said they might have put that into action and now at least the Visa card may not work.

Can anyone confirm this. I mean if you can still input the all access visa debit prepaid cards would you let me know. Because wipeout hd is calling and I dont want to guy buy a different type of prepaid card but I might have to.

PS. I would buy psn cards but I live on an island with no blockbuster or seven 11 or any big name gas stores. No bestbuys nothing. Cant get them here lol.

Well, all I can say is go to ur profile and edit the billing information there and just put the right stuff in. I dont really have any tips for registering info.

the thing is when you go edit billing information the first page is all good but when it askes you to enter billing adress that is on the filw with your credit card company...well gift cards dont got no frekin address!! its a gift card.. sigh please someone help?

Have a similar problem if I want to upload money with my Switzerland CC on a US PSN, you can't switch the country :S Damn, gotta get those cards to get some good US stuff (the're always faster than your EU PSN :S)
