Prince of Persia E3 Gameplay! **Video**

I hope this isn't very old news, but they did a demo for the nre prince of persia at E3. I think it's pretty amazing. elika's and the prince's voice are american, but it's better than the voices from the two thrones! it looks so awesome, its just sorta dumb how elika follows you everywhere, but the E3 guy said that she never gets in the way. He also said that it's not a one-way path like the other prince of persias, so that means you have a choice of going to different paths, so every person has a different gaming experience. This video is HD quality, if that makes anything better. The graphics are a lot like Okami, and I sort of like the cel-shading because it's something new and interesting. There's a lot of teleporting and flying around and stuff, but the fighting scenes are pretty good. I think I'll miss the old fighting where there were multiple bad guys to kill, because in this one its mostly 1 on 1 battles with really strong bad guys. But it looks great, check it out, and write what you think about it!

The video is actually about 3 minutes long even though it says it's 10 minutes... after about 3 minutes the rest is just blank.

Ya I really like her magic abilities they're cool. It's like sands of time, but blue :lol:

The graphics look phenominal but it looks like they revised the essence of the Prince of Persia games.

I don't know if this is going to be good or not. Def. not a day one buy. I'm gonna wait until the reviews come in before I get this game.

yeah that will get annoying, the prince won't get to do things solo as often, but she does cool things like save you when you're falling and stuff. :D

i hate that sh$%&/(of cel shading... or as you say... looks like okami... isnt a Prince of Persia... its a boring game with the name of PoP

WOW, are you people blind here? The graphics DO NOT look phenomenal. And the graphics looks like they're shell shaded, so how can you realistically say the graphics look amazing? (LOL,unbelievable). I'm sorry but the whole magical whisking through the air makes the whole game unattractive and a bit silly. They should've kept with it's original form back when they released "The Sands of Time". I just think this version is gonna suck because these developers can't think outside of the box. Anyways, I may rent it just to see what it's worth...but I aint gettin my hopes up!gamer082009

just because a game is cel shaded doesnt mean it cant look good. look at okami and LoZ WW those both are beautiful games. but i do agree that the flying through the air looks silly
