Just curious while it's $4. Might grab it last minute.

Uhhh, id argue any game is worth $4 lol. But I thought it was soooooo much worse than any other pop game. They KILLED the combat system and it has poor animations when the prince does his platforming. Literally crap animations.

You cant even block and counter anymore. Literally, not even a block button.

lol your first comment i literally said it out loud when i read the title. anyways at 4 bux its a good pick up, if your a huge fan of the original trilogy youl appreciate the puzzles i really enjoyed freezing water using magic etc. its a HUGE improvement over that beautiful but bad POP reboot, but still not on par with the original trilogy

The PoP reboot 08 was so terrible, it was impossible to die lol. Forgotten Sands doesnt even touch the original 3.

In the four and five dollar range for a full game, I just click confirm purchase. That's my sweet spot. I've picked up so many amazingly cheap games lately that it's just crazy. The Little Big sale last week was absolute gold for me, then I turn around and get Mortal Kombat, POP: FS, and Arkham Asylum for around fifteen bucks. Next week I've already got my sights set on Alice: Madness Returns and Just Cause 2.

For the price there's not much to go wrong with.  I'm a big fan of the trilogy (which will be on sale for I think $8 this week) and wouldn't really put the forgotten sands up with the trilogy.  It's like they wanted to be prince of persia but then said they wanted to kind of be like god of war, but the GoW part turned into generic hack n' slash while the platforming only really gets cool towards the end.  Still, I'd say it's worth playing just cause there doesn't seem to be a prince of persia in the near future and it's still a decent game, especially for the price.

For that price it's worth giving any game a shot.

Sands of Time was the big PoP reboot, and arguably has one of the best plots out of all the PoP titles. Four bucks is a killer deal!

bought it for like £50 back when it was released with a steelbook.

Im glad I bought it, but it was no where near as good as WW in my opinion. I think they rushed it out along side the terrible jake gyllenhall movie...

worth it for $4 though

It's not the best PoP game ever made, but I had a good enough time with it.  I thought it was pretty fun.

For the price, if you have even the slightest bit of interest, I say buy it.
