Prince of Persia HD coming to North America! *The Sands of Time on PSN today*

Yep, you read it right. The Prince of Persia HD is coming to North America via the PSN store only as individual titles. It should be on the store sometime this Holiday season. No pricing was announced. The CEO also announced that they will release a HD remake of the first 3 Splinter Cell games. I'm quite disappointed that its not going to be released on a physical blu-ray disc. I don't really like having my games on a hard drive and would rather have a physical copy since it would save a lot of space on my hard drive. I personally can't wait for the Splinter Cell games. I loved them back when they were on the PS2 and would love to replay the games again. What are your thoughts about it only being released via PSN store and the remake of the first 3 Splinter Cell games?

Good news for anyone looking forward to these games, but I agree that a physical Blu Ray release would be more ideal.Also, I wonder if the Splinter Cell HD games will be based off of the Xbox version, as the PS2 versions weren't as good.

will it also come on psn for europe or is it only disc

because i just want to play the first and third game

Im confident it will eventually make it to disc. Itd be a bad business move if they didnt.

On PSN it's coming out, I'd prefer a physical copy game, so I guess I may try importing it, And the Splinter Cell games coming sounds good too:)

Even though I live in America I just preordered the collection from amazon.co.uk, for 25 pounds. English and it comes out on the 19.

I am going to import it. I barely have any HDD space left and I love having physical copies.
