Prince of Persia: Im stuck at the temple rooftop!

Im playing Prince of Persia and im stuck at the temple rooftops. what should i do after i open the door for the princess? should i open the door again and go through the whole process of getting to the other door or is there any where else i can go? i tried using "slow time" function and try to get to the other door but i always did not make it. anyone can advise please?
