When I was going to type in my credit card information so I could buy games from the PS Store, I was told that my credit card information wasn't correct (or something like that), and I was pissed. Then I decided to write it all in caps and now it says: "Your credit card information could not be updated. Please check back in a few minutes."

It has now been a day and I still can't make it work. Any ideas/suggestions=

Double check and then check again that all the info is put in correctly. If it still doesnt work, make sure that you have actually got credit on the card. THen if it doesnt work....ring Sony lol.

Credit card issues are a sensitive problem. If you can't sort it out soon, I seriously suggest that you contact Sony.

Make sure in the first address box your full address is in it including apt if u have one. I had the same issue and i called sony. FYI, you may have been charged a dollar every time that message appeared onto your credit card.

I had the same issue and I had t ocall Sony. This is what I did wrong. My credit card company had my suite # on the first address line and not the second line. I kept inputting my suite # on the second address line. It needed to be on the first line for example.

Wrong way:

666 South Main Street

Suite C

Example, CA 90210

Right way:

666 South Main Street Suite C

Example, CA 90210
