Does anyone have the problem of their controller temporarily disconnecting sometimes? I was playing midnight club when I lost complete control of my car for a few seconds. I couldn't do anything but watch the car scrape against a highway barrier. The same thing happened a couple of times in BioShock where I would be fighting some splicers and then all of a sudden have no control while I get attacked.

You could try playing it with the charge cable. Or you could get a new one

I have indeed had this happen to me. I simply plugged it into the USB while the console was off, started it up, and press the PS button while it was still plugged in. Hasn't happened again.

Try what krylon36 said. There is a reset button about the size of a pinhole. Also what it sounds like is something is on the same channel as your controller. Some other wireless device. So look around and see if you have any cordless devices nearby that could be causing interference. For example maybe your phone, if so you can try moving it to another corner of the room. Hope that helps.
