problems with bluetooth headset

i just got a jabra bt125 and set it up with my ps3( scanned it), that worked but when i go into cod 4 i cant talk or hear ppl through the mic, does anyone know how to help?

on the XMB(PS3 main menu) go to Settings> Accessory Settings> Audio Device Settings> change INPUT and OUTPUT to Jabra BT125> Connect

when you enter the game it will disconnect, just press the on/off button ONCE and it will reconnect
