All your kill stats except for civilians will be same when you finish the game. When you start all those stats plus what upgrades you had unlocked, Some stuff is story based like hi-jacking and you wont have that at the beginning. hope that helps. I am really loaded... pardon any confusion.

Yes, everything rolls over to your new game, even your metals from previous missions down to your kill count. Your death count also rolls over, but it won't count against you if you are trying to get the trophy. I don't know why more games don't do this....
