PS Home is a waste of time and for anyone who actually spends money on it ... you are a fool. If you want to give money away, donate it to a local shelter or school so it goes toward a purpose rather than trying to impress a guy with a lady avatar pretending to be a girl on some faceless network.

I think Playstation Home does what it was made for, what were people really expecting from it anyway?

I thought it was going to be a commmunity where you can meet with people and launch games that you have in common for multi-player, but then realized ... that's stupid, because you can do that IN-GAME and if you "meet" new people on there chances are their PSN isn't their original or they are a complete failure at life.

Why not just leave people alone and just accept the fact they like different things to yourself? It's better than calling them a fool because of it.

I'd agree with you, but your logic for supporting your reason is so flawed. You are not "giving your money away", you are simply spending money and a virtual world for your own entertainment. You do the same thing when you are buying a TV, you don't need it but you want it. By your logic, all the money I have invested in couches, televisions, computers, etc. should be donated. :(

While I personally dont spend time on Home, its not useless. For those gamers in large clans or online communities like ours, its a greatly underutilized tool. Sites like gamespot could be using home to allow more direct connections with their members and members to each other. Meeting people who share your interests is rarely a waste of time.

Ok so if I go on Playstation Home and act like an idiot for my own amusement it would automatically mean I'm a complete failure at life? Now I do agree people can act like fools but that doesn't mean their a failure. I have met some cool people on Home and I regularly check to see what new spaces there are, I can agree to a certain extent of your argument but your reasons are pretty silly!

im not a big fan. theres not enough of a link between home and the games, so you really have to log onto home for its own sake. then the service itself is mostly just a chatroom. there are so few opportunites for free (nothing has given me any kind of inclination to want to pay for anything in home) character and room customisation that i dont feel attached to my avatar or compelled to work more with him.

This. Way too much loading, and not enough mini games.

It is a total waste of time and money. I only use it maybe one or twice a month to show off to my friends!
