i wish there was a uni-PS store worldwide.. i live in Costa Rica and i entered my aunt's address that lives in florida... so i have the EU PS account but i cant buy games cuz of the credit card that is not valid.. and i dont think my aunt will be happy if i ask her for her credit card lol
