Didn't sony say that you they will release a download service where you can download PS1 games and put them on your PSP?  I do not own a PS3 and I am really close to selling my PSP just because I don't like any of the games out for it, but if there is a PS1 to PSP emulating service I believe that will help me love my PSP once again.  Getting games like the old Final Fantasies and Crash Bandicoots or games similar to that would be awsome on the PSP.  If there is any information please let me know! I really want to love my PSP again but it is getting hard too lol. If sony does have a service like this ( I heard something about it) does it cost any money??? THANKS TO ANYONE WHO REPLIES !!!

As of now, a PS3 is required.

There are a limited of titles to choose from (that means, no final fantasy), and download prices  range from $10 - $15.

And to let you in on a little secret, I think the whole point of the PSONE on PSP is to encourage PSP game sales. When people realise how outdated the graphics and gameplay are, they would want the PSP version. Why play PS wipeout when the PSP version is better?

Thats what sounds awsome.  But the PS3 PART SOUNDS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!  Does it cost money to transfer PS1 games onto the PSP or is it just one payment of getting the games on the PS3?
