Ok Sony has answered my prayers about being able to play the downloadable PS1 games on PS3 but now I want MORE!!! After seeing how much faster they load off teh HDD (of course :P ) I want to be able to put in my PS1 Original Disks and install them to the PS3 HDD so that all my old PS1 games could load fast and all that jazz :) They should also make sure that multiple disk games are compatible.
lol I was actually wondering how many other people wanted this. And it's not like it will be a big loss to them because you probably bought the game a long time ago anyway, and even if you just borrowed the disk it's not like there are tons of ps1 titles available to buy anymore anyway.

Don't you know that PS games are wildly available in torrent sites? If Sony added that feature to the PS3, most people will not pay for the downloadable PS games off of the PS store.
Oh noooooo! I take it that you haven't played too many PS1 game disks on your PS3 yet. Currently, the pixelation is still a problem. Rather, playing a PS1 title on a HD TV is still not quite perfect. However, if/when the fix this or make more titles available for download and playable for the PS3/PSP, then we'll be in business. :D
I'd like it if the PS1 downloads could have full anti-aliasing and maybe a smooth texture feature like on the PS2. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have the expedited load times like the ps2 could do also. The ps1 games would load instantly. It would be nice to have enhancement features on the PS2 games also. things like anti-aliasing and such through patches would be amazingly awesome. I think that the 360 does something like that to the original xbox titles.
