I don't know if there are any actual remakes, but there are enhanced-ports of Final Fantasy Tactics, Valkyrie Profile, and Star Ocean 2.

There's Final Fantasy Tactics, the Persona 1 and 2 remakes (which are coming out this year), the Star Ocean remakes (if you are interested) and the FF 1 and 2 Anniversary Edition.

Persona 2 remake is coming out as well? This year keeps getting better if true! I only knew of the original Persona remake...
