PS3 720p and XBOX 360 1080P

i know you guys post this before but i just got a ps3 recently and i just notice this.

dead space demo was running 720p on the ps3,

xbox 360 was running 1080p. WHY IS THAT. i tought ps3 is so good in graphics. why does is do this **** and i can tell cause ps3 dont look smooth

i have a 52" LCD samsung 850 series, 120hz

ps3 on HDMI

360 on components

please help.

based on ur statement, i can tell that you are not happy with ur ps3.

System Wars ?

Well I see one big problem there. about 1% of HDTV's that i know of can actually accept 1080P through component cable. I think you are just trying to start a system war.

i dont think everyone has a 1080p tv lol i dont really care if i cant see thw whiskers under some1s nose while aiming at them from 300 meters away, someday we will have full 1080p games but thats when having a 1080p tv is like having a refridgerator a common household item

The 360 can upscale.. with that said, I can't tell a diffence for 360 in 720p / 1080p. So while "every 360 game is 1080p" It looks the same, its upscaled.

you didn't set up your ps3 to force 1080p probably. The native resolutions for both the ps3 and 360 versions is 720p. to force 1080p, go to output settings on the ps3 and uncheck everything except 1080pdeathxxshark
