At the min im using a SDTV, n it works fine, obviously its not as clear as a HDTV but the improvement from my ps2 which i played on the same tv is still amazing!
Im using an SD, and so far, I havent been able to play 1 game, not because it wont display, but because I cant read the font. The game is Condemned 2 but you can get a PC monitor and a VGA box too. That isnt expensive at all, and it is what Im going to do soon.
Actually the only thing that may other you is that on GTA4 dar kalley ways and places with little light sometimes look black BUT its still playable in these conditions. Just thought I'd add that :P
