The 360 has more RAM and the PS3 has a more powerful cell processor. However dont use current game comparisons as your factor.
Dont forget that the PS3 is only using a partial amount of its potential due its young age, so really any comparison now between 360 and PS3 multiplatform games shouldnt be valid.
Personally (for now) I always tend to buy multiformat games on the 360 just to increase my gamerscore, and also because i generally tend to prefer the 360 controller more. However in the future i expect the PS3 to dominate both exclusive and multiformat titles.
The PS3 is the most powerful console out there, which is why when the make a multiplat game with a unified launch the 360 will look better (for now) once the devs learn how to really utilize the cell and rsx in unison to make the games the same, the PS3 multiplats will soon surpass the 360's, Haze and Dark sector are multiplats that are leading off on the PS3 and will porbably run and look smother as well.americahellyeah
I agree with you also since it has variety of games comeing out unlike the 360s "shooters"

Yes, M$ said that they would be "that console with all the shooters" again, but thats what they are, the PS3 has some good shooters as well, but it also has many of the dominearing and top games from most other genres, except stupid novelty games, that one goes to nintendo

1. 360 has more then just shooters coming out.
2. The leading game for the ps3 atm is what? a shooter!
3. The quote you took and bolded have 2 games (DS has shooter elements) and which are what? Shooters
4. Take this to either

5. This is the most important one. The Ps3 is still on its first wave of games, meanwhile the 360 is on their second. Developers have had 1 year to learn how to utilize the 360 meanwhile they are still learning how to unlock the powers of the ps3.
Oblivion has proven that just isn't true. Who cares anyway? If you own both consoles you buy the version of the game you think is best. If you don't own both it isn't even worth worrying about as you'll get the version of the game for your console.
Thread over!guyhunter
Yah i agree with u, but oblivion did come out almost after a year after the 360 release and they also said on many website that the developers also got more time to work on it to make it better.

I don't know about the more time statement. They had 1 year to develop the PS3 version. Though was the Ps3 version in development during 360/PC versions? How much development time did the 360/PC version get?
