I was trying to swipe the dust with air compressor but I sprayed a coat of foam and I tried removing the stain with water but it didn't work

Is there anything that can remove the blotch?

You sprayed foam on your PS3?
Regardless if it's not wiping off it sounds like you've deformed the plastic.

I see...so you've sprayed air really hard at the PS3...interesting.
Does compressed air use any propellant, or does it just rely on the pressure?
