my flashponit dates have saved at 26/10/2009 players met are stuck at 26/10/2009 and its stuck this and it keep taking me back to the same missons a done on the 26th :cry: so it looks like my ps3s stuck on 26/10/2009 ? enyway of fixing this wivout wipeing my ps3memory

Two things I can think of, have you tried to manually change the date on the PS3 system to a day before and after 26/10/09? Also, if you have an external hard drive, try backing up your data and doing a factory reset.

Also, I think the logical thing would be to come online first to see if you can find a solution THAT way. Calling sony and getting put on hold/dealing with their customer service can be a pain.
