Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

Can anyone please advise if REGION 1 dvd's (not Blu-Ray) will be playable in UK PS3's or will it only play Region 2?.

DVD's are region locked so no they wont it's only some blu-ray movies and PS3 games that are region free.

my PAL movies wont work on my NA version PS3 so its ther other way around for you guys.

Only PS3 games are Region Free.

Blue-Ray and DVD are Region Locked.

Not all blu-ray movies are region locked there are some that are totally region free or play on more than one region just check before ordering as to what region they play.. the version of Casino royal released in Europe for example is region free.
